Jakub Labun

Jakub is an Associate at Achieve Partners. Prior to joining Achieve, Jakub was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked with financial institutions, international NGOs, and government entities. His experience revolves around mergers, strategy development, and transformations. While at BCG, he also completed a year-long secondment in the global Social Impact Practice Area, where he helped a G20 country design its digital skills gap response initiatives.

Jakub was also an early leader of Project Access, a UK-based education equity movement turned NGO. He was responsible for the platform’s expansion to 17 countries and scale-up to 3000+ mentors. During his time in the UK, he had also interned with Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. He holds a first-class B.A. degree in Economics and Management from University of Oxford and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
