Jack Ray

Jack is Vice President Business Development at Achieve Partners. Prior to joining Achieve, he worked at Compass Partners, an investment firm specializing in aerospace and defense where he focused on buyout and growth investment opportunities. Previously, he was an early member of the team at Leonid Capital Partners, where he originated and executed credit investments across the aerospace, defense, renewable energy, and government sectors. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Parker Maritime Technologies.

Jack began his career as a Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy. He holds a B.S. in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
